Usage & Dosageالاستخدام والجرعة

Add 15 drops to an 8oz cup of hot or warm water, tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, or juice, twice daily; up to 4–6 times daily if needed. Never use full strength internally. For mouthwash/gargle, use 3–5 drops in 4oz warm water (sea salt optional). External: one drop full strength, 2–3 times daily, directly on skin polyps, nail fungus, abrasions, acne, warts, mosquito bites, moles, cold sores or minor wounds.

Precautionsاحتياطات

Never use full strength in nose, ears, mouth or sensitive areas, or in the eyes. Do not take internally if using Statins or anti-cholesterol medication. Should not be given to children under 12. Consult your health care provider if pregnant, nursing or with a medical condition.
